Clean hotel and nice staff...

Liked: it was easy to find, small in scale.
Disliked: There wasnt much around within walking distance in terms of restaurants except a Mexican restaurant next door. There was some construction happening.

Very off putting inside and...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The whole property was under construction. It looked like a haunted house. The parking lot was flooded with about 6+ inches of water. The check in staff were neither friendly nor welcoming

Liked: Stayed at this hotel for over 2 years have work in Eugene and the rooms are clean staff are friendly and the rates are super!

Disliked: The Motel (encon lodge in Springfield Oregon told me they would temporarily hold a $50.00 cleaning deposit If the room was undamaged I would get my 50.00 back in 48 hrs after checkout. It's been over a week and I still haven't been reimbursed. Scam
