Disliked: There was mold in the swimming pool area and our room smelled very musty.

Horrible stay.

Liked: Nothing. We will not be returning.
Disliked: Staff was unfriendly. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Garbage was still in both garbage cans. Spiderwebs on the ceiling corners. Didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed because the carpet looked gross.

Liked: Breakfast was available. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was minimal, limited choices. Not tended well and there wasn’t much left. Biscuits were hard, no knives available. The microwave was dirty and I needed it clean for my eye compress. I washed it out so I could warm the compress. One lamp had a dead light bulb.

Disliked: I couldn't get ahold of Bookings. com to discuss canceling a room we couldn't use because someone got ill.

Liked: The receptionist was very nice and helpful I wasn't impressed with anything else.
Disliked: Our room wasn't vacuumed, hair all over the bathroom. Pool was a major disappointment As was the breakfast. It's definitely a get what you pay for.

Great family place that's why...

Liked: The lady that worked the late shift was great. She was polite and easy to talk to but the lady that worked the early shift came off as she didn't really wanna deal with anything I said.
