Liked: Front male staff not to friendly. Not much communication. But over all was was a good stay for what I needed at the time .
Disliked: Way to hot in unit . Heat did not shut off the whole stay .

Heat needs to be fixed...

Liked: In a good central location in Drumheller, easy check in and out, plug ins for vehicles are available in the winter time. The rooms are clean and spacious with a decent amount of basic amenities.
Disliked: The heat in our room did not work properly and stayed at 15 degrees celsius the entire weekend. Front desk instructed us to raise it gradually, which we did for a few hours to no avail and we ended up having to make do with extra blankets and a tiny radiant heater. It was -40 outdoors and made for an extremely uncomfortable and cold stay. After checking out we ended up running into someone in town who had the same thing happen months earlier with the same "fix" (blankets and heater). I am very unhappy with how this was handled, especially since it seems to be a reoccurring issue that management is not addressing.

COMFORTABLE INCONVENIENCE

Liked: Warm room and quiet. Could park car very close to room which was helpful in winter.
Disliked: The fact that breakfast was not available until 8 am. While it is understandable that in winter the sun is not up until 8 am, there were a number of guests who left the motel before that time. I would have preferred to leave earlier but had booked this motel because breakfast was part of the tariff.
