Liked: Perfect location for my stay.
Disliked: Hard to find the front door. All outside doors were unlocked. The hallway carpets were filthy. My room door was very difficult to open, it did not respond to the key about 50% of the time. Room had a "worn" appearance.

Disappointing

Liked: breakfast and location was good, housekeeping staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Got the vibe from the front desk clerk she didn't want to be there, I was not greeted, she didn't smile, make good eye contact or try to make it pleasant. It was never mentioned in the email from booking or from that actual hotel verifying my stay that I would be charged a $100.00 "deposit" because I live within an hour of the hotel. I explained this to the clerk that maybe that is something that guests should be notified of, she basically blew me off and told me to come up with the deposit or I wasn't getting the room I booked and paid for thru booking. Seeing as how I had booked that day and there was no refund, I had to have someone charge their card this "deposit" which still hasn't gone back on his card.

I'd certainly stay here again

Liked: No problems with wi-fi. Lots of electrical outlets. Room well lighted, for reading in bed, for working at the desk, and in general. Temperature control worked well. No problems with noise. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower.
Disliked: A very minor thing: lots of bright green LEDs on things like microwave, temperature control, electrical outlets on nightstand. I like to sleep in a dark room, and had to cover all of those.

Exceptional

Liked: In the 1st floor, no needing to do steps.

Nice room but some major...

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: The check in was dismal; took a bit to find my reservation and no welcome or greeting. He was decent and not rude. The worse part was the carpet in the entire hallway. Carpet is horrifically stained. The north hallway also smelled of marijuana (pot).
