Poor

Liked: This place is on a perfect location in between Chicago to Munising or Mackinac islands.
Disliked: Not that clean. They gave us all used and smelly towels. I have requested them to change all and they did it. But it should be replaced immediately after a tenant leaves. Other than that the place is just OK.

Disappointing

Disliked: Just not what I expected as the pictures showed

Disliked: All of it !!I hope someone from Econolodge headquarters gets ahold of me! Using Booking.com, I have stayed in many, many, many locations, worldwide, and this is the worst I've ever experienced.

Disappointing

Liked: Could have had an alternative milk. In this day and age many people have lactose intolerance. Would have been nice to have something to eat with the cereal or oatmeal since the waffles had milk in it.
Disliked: I made a mistake in the booking because I had a hard time getting it to go through on my telephone. I did not notice that I had the wrong date when I finally did get the booking to go through. I noticed the mistake one hour later and tried to call the hotel to rebook, but they could not change it. I really wanted the booking the same day, but they said they could not change it even though I discovered the mistake so soon. Was very disappointed by that. Will not be staying at this hotel and will not recommend it to others. Seems somehow that it could have been changed.
