Liked: Nothing this place needs torn down
Disliked: AC didn't work bath exhaust fan didn't work place was unbelievably unkept weeds growing rampant the self check in is a complete joke

Liked: Easy access to where I needed to be.
Disliked: There wasn't a garbage container in the room. The bathroom door did not close. The kiosk check-in required a very long wait because the person ahead of me was checking in a softball team one room at a time. There was no coffee in the lobby.

Disliked: Where do I start? Not one single staff member, doors were unlocked and ajar all night with I repeat NOT ONE SINGLE STAFF Person, no continental breakfast despite advertising, filthy, dirty walls NO COFFEE IN ENTIRE Building. 0 stars, worst ever

Not a Hilton but adequate for my needs.

Liked: Cool setup with pool.
Disliked: Check in by kiosk. No one at counter. People walking in off street at any hour to play slots. Could use some updating and maintenance in bath. No internet and no coffee available in morning as advertised

Its pretty bad but not the worst.

Disliked: It didnt look like the pictures provided. Not the cleanest room. Floor was sticky and AC didnt work. Stains on blankets, towels, walls, and floor. No breakfast either. Sadly, not a satisfying stay but perfect for very last minute options.

Cheap hotel, nothing fancy, a place to sleep nothing more.

Liked: Room was accepted for money spent.
Disliked: Customer service, the kiosk was very nonpersonable. There was no information given on check out procedure, I had to come ask questions myself. Would have nice to notified of construction being done when booking a room, the construction noises were very loud in our room.

Obviously being renovated. Not thoroughly cleaned. Freezer compartment in frig very small

Liked: Pool looked ok but I did not pack a bathing suit.
Disliked: Room was not clean. A napkin and bottle cap behind the nightstands. Cobwebs between bathroom door and wall. Showerhead too low so I had to crouch to wash my hair and I am less than 6ft tall. Indoor Hot tub was covered by a tarp. Not available.

I just need my deposit refunded

Disliked: They still own me $50 they said its for deposit I dont know they will refund my deposit also if they need deposit they should have on the website when we booking or have if they dont refund my money I will post their business on social media they cheat people

Bad

Disliked: The fridge was on the verge of having mold and was all rusted. The bedding had blood stains and cigarette burn holes in them. It took staff an hour to get me new bedding, and I then had to make the beds myself. Staff was completely rude and kicked us out of the pool. We had no towels to get out and had to wait 45 minutes for the towels after threatening to call a manager since the from desk worker refused to get us some. pool area was absolutely disgusting with chunks of hair everywhere as if they hadn't cleaned it in weeks.the hallways were filthy with food crumbs and trash over flowing every can. Worst hotel stay by far.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: It was a place to sleep. Not worth price.
Disliked: Un aware of $50 refubdable security deposit. Why is there one for a hotel room and not advertised either? Kiosk check in takes way too long, much easier to talk in person and sign papers. Bathrooms were dirty. At 930am room service came, knocked on door quick and then continued to open door before receiving response. I have never stayed somewhere that roomservice enters room on their own, it is complete invasion of privacy. I also left a pair of shorts behind, when called about it front desk checked with cleaners and claimed nothing was found. Would not recommend staying here.
