Liked: Location, price, room was comfy and pretty clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room could have been a little cleaner

Liked: I don’t usually leave reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. We were in town for a Susquehanna U graduation so a lot of places were booked up and over priced.
Disliked: The outside of building was a little sketchy.

Clean room and dirty walkways....

Liked: The front desk attendant was excellent explaining that the only 1st floor room he had was beside a long term tenant who may wake up drunk in the middle of the night and start screaming and making all kinds of crazy noises. We opted for a 2nd floor room, which was except for what is noted below.
Disliked: Numerous construction workers stay at this hotel so all the walkways were covered with dust and dirt.

The stay was adequate but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and courteous. The towels and sheets were clean. There was ample toilet paper, soap, shampoo. The lights worked. The room was arranged neatly.
Disliked: The walls had stains throughout the unit, the exhaust fan was very dirty with dust, the tub did not drain well, the TV did not have clear focused images so we couldn't watch any shows, the freezer had ice build up, the interior of the fridge was dirty. The mattress gave little to no support - it was similar to a marshmallow.
