Spotlessly clean, comfortable room

Liked: Good location with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed. I liked the decor in the lobby/breakfast area. Good wifi. Great value for the price.
Disliked: Not the property's fault, but we had a homeless woman staying for the night outside our window, screaming and being very disturbing. We had a long drive ahead of us the next day so we were not happy about it.

Disliked: Homeless were everywhere. Room was sparsely furnished and decor was nonexistent.

Liked: The room was clean, quiet and easy to access.
Disliked: The room was outdated and no room in sink area to put anything. The breakfast buffet was not great!! It was advertised as being an exceptional breakfast. It was exceptionally non existent unless you consider two kinds of cereal, white bread, a couple of little muffins and a waffle maker a great breakfast selection. All the other hotels in the area offer more breakfast selections than this.
