Awful
Disliked: I attempted to spend the night on 8/7, however the key card I was given was to a room with 2 people who were in the middle of intercourse. I quickly left and brought this up to the receptionist. I requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable sleeping in the facility. She denied my request, stating only a manager could refund me. When I asked when the manager would be in I was given a non-answer. I am still trying to get my money back as I did not stay the night, however it seems as though there is never a manager there.

Passable
Liked: Location was helpful, but otherwise not beyond a basic motel 6 type stay and room.
Disliked: Having accurate booking info, breakfast was NOT included though stated as such. Also additional pet fees charged when I arrived at hotel and weren't mentioned either.

Liked: Read the reviews and did not believe it could be that bad. It was.
Disliked: Room was not clean. First we had to replace light bulbs in the room. The refrigerator was iced over. Believe there was a blood stain on the wall. It was the closest we could get to Va Tech for graduation for less than $400
