It was awful

Disliked: The whole place smelled of weed. From the check in desk all the way to and inside our room. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was literally smoking weed inside our room. Our bed only had a sheet on it. No comforter or large blanket. The staff who checked us in took forever and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It looked like a car shop outside. There was multiple vehicles being worked on by the staff who had checked us in the night before. The parking lot looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. There wasn’t an actual sign for the hotel on the building or directly outside the building. There wasn’t a permanent camper set up next to the employee car shop.

Liked: Honestly little to nothing there was one worker that was very helpful ..as helpful as he could.
Disliked: I stayed here a few years ago and the experience was night n day First room was gross so they moved us used towels no tv I went here thinking there was a pool there wasn’t took money out of my account after being there no breakfast booked it advertised as breakfast

After countless bookings of hotel/motel...

Liked: Easy access off interstate.
Disliked: Information already in facilities database Re: my E-mail & ph #, we’re incorrect. Room phone had no instructions of how to phone front desk. Tried dialing 0..got nothing. Ice container had no plastic bag to hold ice. Was not sure if bucket was sanitary. Tissue box in bathroom was empty. No wash cloths for bathing. Only one garbage can was in bathroom. No clock radio to set alarm for departure. No complementary coffee machine in room nor anywhere else in facility to buy coffee. Poorly lit hallways. Power was out shortly after I registered. Wi-Fi was not accessible. Did not receive email regarding billing for room as was confirmed upon departure by representative.
