Liked: Where to start Im extremely bit up by bed bugs or something after my stay. No coffee or breakfast,My room was 210 tv didnt work hairdryer broken air vent hanging out of the ceiling Front desk people was asleep when we tried to get tv fixed.
Disliked: When we checked in the First Lady was extremely rude and for the first hour we left bc there was construction being done above us.

Disliked: Broken elevator, smells like cigarettes, mouldings in my rio were all missing, mini fridge too loud

Very good

Liked: Nice spacious room clean and comfortable bed

Liked: It was comfortable and satisfied my needs

Disgusting. I've had to wash every garment I took with me due to exposure to the smoke smelling room

Liked: The location and some of the staff.
Disliked: I have already sent a letter giving an over-all discussion of the cock-roaches, asphalt on my shower curtain; that is after I called the desk to request one. After that, the flies pretty much doomed my efforts to overlook many of the issues as I was determined to make it a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, they had to move me to a different room as the flies were more than I could contend with.

Liked: the elevator was broken and the pool was empty. Later on we saw a sign in the window saying the building was condemned!

We arrived to find that booking.com had not transferred out reservations.

Liked: The site was close to our event and the property and building were kept clean and neat. The staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: There was no breakfast offered, not even a toaster and bread.

Disliked: Elevator broke. Room dirty housekeeping had to come clean. Bedspread burnholes in a non smoking room.

Better than expected from some negative reviews, but met my limited needs.

Disliked: Inadequate lighting for reading. Third floor walkup. Elevator disabled.
