Disliked: One night when we got back to our room, there were someone else’s belongings on the bed and someone else ended up being double booked to our room even though we booked for multiple nights. Another night we got a random phone call from the room’s phone at midnight while we were sleeping. The bed and pillows weren’t the greatest either.

Disliked: We were given room 103. One evening I felt something crawling on my neck. I swiped it to the floor. It was a bed bug!!!I carefully looked up the species online so I know I was correct. It also explained the odd oder in the room which we then realized was "Raid" type insecticide. I complained to the front desk clerk who reassigned us to room 204 for the rest of our stay. Room 204 was fine. The very reasonable price of rooms is attractive but there is definitely a downside.

Liked: The place was horrible it's crawling with cockroaches so when you leave everything you brought with you is garbage unless you want to bring cockroaches back to your home I had to throw my laptop and all my belongings away because of the roach problem at this hotel
Disliked: Disgusting staff has a horrible attitude and the whole place is crawling with roaches when staff was informed of the bug problem they said you can go somewhere else

Liked: The lady at the front desk was wondering she was really nice

Liked: priced right. good location to downtown.
Disliked: heater did not work. Fan would come on but only blow cold air.
