Disliked: I kept hitting my legs on the bed and have bruises everywhere now bc the mattress is smaller than the frame. Also, I booked it for the pool, which was closed and there was nothing stating that upon booking and moldy coffee in the pot...

Pleasant and the staff are...

Liked: Peter, the staff-receptionist was so accommodating and ever smiling was so pleasant and helpful. He was a complete opposite in character from the manager of Econolodge in Knoxville who was arrogant w boasting he doesn’t need to work with the company because he has a liquor business.

Disappointing

Disliked: Called 10 minutes before I booked 3 room day of check-in and asked if the pool was open because my granddaughters were looking forward to swimming and was told yes it's open 3 hours later checked in and got in the room and and went to check out the pool it was covered and had been for a while. Shouldn't lie to get people to book rooms.
