Liked: Not much available for breakfast. Staff was nice. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer provided for no extra charge. Nice location.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness. It was way cleaner than expected from a low budget motel. The staff was polite and the rate was decent. The location was perfect for traveling to downtown Kansas City for a cheap motel. The beds were actually super comfortable and the room didn’t have that weird room smell some hotels have. The air conditioner works SO well.
Disliked: More amenities. There is no conditioner… my hair is dry when using Kansas water and they had no conditioner. The fridge was shaky. The breakfast was very bare bones. Cereal, drinks, fruits. Water pressure was super low, but I don’t know if that’s their fault.
