Liked: Horrible experience
Disliked: Couldn't even get the room we booked because there was no one even in the office. Doors were locked up & lobby lights off. Rang the window doorbell several times but no show. Called the phone # & when a male answered all he did was mumble & hung up on me the 1st time. Never will book with them again!

Disliked: Dirty room. Poor maintenance, staff not on site when we checked in. Outlets not working, toilet seat loose. Homeless man living on premises and constantly begging for money. No breakfast room or coffee. Ice maker out of order. 12 people - half of which were kids in the 2 rooms on either side of us.
