Disliked: Random people being given the same room key in the middle of the night and waking us up

Disliked: Some the staff members were off putting/rude I went on early asking if I could check in early he cut me off and very rudely said it's 3 not now. So we came back probably should changed hotels at that point online said pool was open it wasn't but I wasn't informed till after I paid and checked in when I came back (that staff member wasn't rude) we got to the room the sheets didn't seem changed there was stuff from other people left in the room and there were people all night screaming outside it's wasn't worth the money spent I don't think I would ever go back

Disliked: it smell like mildew. seen bugs in my room. felt unclean. tub was broke. toilet look dirty. pool was dirty. it need new description and pictures up on the site updated
