Rude and unprofessional front desk...

Disliked: Front desk was real rude and gave me a hard time not just that night but every time I go there to get a room and if she is there I will leave because it's a hard time and a hassle FOR NO REASON! Then she banged on my door woke me up and told me she was getting calls about noise an it's only me in the room SLEEPING, AN said I had to leave or she will call police for NO REASON

Disliked: Front desk clerk kick me out after she Gave me a hard time checking it. I made a reservation 10 minutes before checking in an she told me to my face that she cancel my reservation, an I ask her why did she do that an I just made the reservation. Then she tried to over charge me an then while I was sleeping she came banging on my door woke me up an told me I had to leave or she was calling COPS!! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS LADY EVERYTIME

Liked: Close to highway location. The lady serving breakfast was cleaning every spot. Parking spot right next to my door.
Disliked: 1. The accidentally booked smoking room wasn’t changed to nonsmoking, even if the hotel had available nonsmoking rooms. The smoking smell was so terrible, that it caused headache and cough. 2. For the leaking fridge in the room at the front desk I was given a couple of towels and sent back to clean the mess inside the fridge and out by myself.

Liked: Cheap
Disliked: The room was non-smoking but the person next door smoked like a chimney. Our room smelled so badly like smoke I could hardly breathe. I had to wash everything in my suitcase. My husband, who has a terrible sense of smell, even he said it was bad.

Liked: Very nice! They have renovated and it’s very nice. I like that there’s no carpet, just hard wood floors. I stayed three nights and they came every day and cleaned the room (spot less) and refreshed everything and gave me clean towels. I was very pleased with the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
