Liked: Had an indoor pool. Was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfasts could have been a little better. Mainly waffles, bagels, yogurts and such.

The hotel was great, Bookimg.com is not.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I accidentally booked and paid for this room when it was 45 minutes behind us as we were traveling. I called immediately to try to have them cancel and the woman on the phone was very apologetic but said there was no refunds due to Booking.coms policy, so instead of losing that money, we had to drive 45 minutes out of our way there and back the 45 to get back on our path. We get to the room and there was a dirty sock in between the mattresses. They immediately put us in a new room with no problems. The staff was exceptional at the hotel.
Disliked: I wish the first room was more clean and Booking.coms policy was a little more flexible. It really makes me not want to utilize their services anymore.

They did fix the toilet while we were there.. weird definitely was not a new problem.
