Horrible.
Disliked: I drive from Houston to New Mexico after a 8 1/2 hour drive i thought i would relax. After checking in i went up to the room. Light fixtures was hanging from the ceiling, flies were everywhere. I pulled back the covers to check for any bed bugs. It was old and stink. I went back to the front desk, explained them the situation and asked for a refund. They then tell me they would have to charge me for the whole day(because of the covers being pulled back from the bed). And would return the rest of my money. I paid almost 300 total for the room that’s not even worth 2$. I won’t ever stay or recommend this place to anyone. A total disgrace. The lady in the front couldn’t really understand my language, but she stayed professional and i do appreciate that.

Liked: Great staff, nice and respectful. Room is comfy, only downside is the occasional loud neighbors but not a big deal.

Disliked: The toilet seat was broken. The desk chair is broken. Those two things are a accident waiting to happen. The smoke alarm is hanging off the ceiling . Just real dumpy.

Disliked: The heater didn't work in the room the toilet seat was not there they had low water pressure that power outlet didn't work except for the ones for the TV the room was very cold it was the worst time ever

Liked: On the day of January 10, 2025 when my daughter and I were out and about, someone had gone into my room took my daughter‘s tablet and all of my perfume later on that night when we had come back, somebody kept trying to get into the room and someone consistently called the phone in the room until 6 AM the morning of January 11. Because I was concerned for mine and my daughter safety. I decided to check out that morning and did so at 8 AM. I handed the lady that was in the office at that time my key card and told her I was checking out I still have yet to receive any checkout confirmations from the hotel and I have called them several times with nothing
