Liked: Great staff, nice and respectful. Room is comfy, only downside is the occasional loud neighbors but not a big deal.

Disliked: The toilet seat was broken. The desk chair is broken. Those two things are a accident waiting to happen. The smoke alarm is hanging off the ceiling . Just real dumpy.

Disliked: The heater didn't work in the room the toilet seat was not there they had low water pressure that power outlet didn't work except for the ones for the TV the room was very cold it was the worst time ever

Liked: On the day of January 10, 2025 when my daughter and I were out and about, someone had gone into my room took my daughter‘s tablet and all of my perfume later on that night when we had come back, somebody kept trying to get into the room and someone consistently called the phone in the room until 6 AM the morning of January 11. Because I was concerned for mine and my daughter safety. I decided to check out that morning and did so at 8 AM. I handed the lady that was in the office at that time my key card and told her I was checking out I still have yet to receive any checkout confirmations from the hotel and I have called them several times with nothing

Disliked: Staff was very rude. Never got checked in. They demanded a deposit after we book and paid on booking .com. unacceptable! We ended up staying at the Best Western.
