I was pleased with the size of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.

Liked: Rooms were HUGE
Disliked: Room smelled like cigarettes

Very close to the Theatre at Westbury, easy to get to - right off 495 -, relatively inexpensive. Met my needs for one night.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Old, worn looking; bad coffee

Liked: I was traveling to visit family. Is front desk was awesome! The room was spacious. I had one row with a an extremely small roll of toilet paper. I asked for a second roll and was told that I have 2 rolls already.Then I explains that one roll isn't even useful. She expected to take it off the cart. The The door closest to my room was not functioning with the key. Had to use the door on the other side. Not your fault but the people that stay at the hotel are pretty noisy. Late at night. Overall I would definitely stay at the hotel again. Thank you
