Econo Lodge Hicksville

I was pleased with the size of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.

Liked: Rooms were HUGE
Disliked: Room smelled like cigarettes

Very close to the Theatre at Westbury, easy to get to - right off 495 -, relatively inexpensive. Met my needs for one night.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Old, worn looking; bad coffee

Expected better

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No central ac, had very loud wall unit in room. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut without having to pull on it. Walls are very thin, you could hear your neighbors. Received a wake-up call at 4 AM when we didn’t request one.

Disliked: They need to get a elevator for people staying on 2nd floor the hot water when taking a shower go hot then cold then back to hot and so on also too many people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours doing drugs

Disliked: When I entered Room was smell like Also They have TV but wifi system was not good because they breaking up single Also I have Notice Bed They did Not change bed sheet every Day Also Freez Not too cold enough some time food was going off
