Liked: After looking at breakfast options and sanitation we left to eat out.
Disliked: This place needs serious updating, tub didn’t drain, light switch plate was 1/2 broken off, furniture was beat up, one mattress terrible, found bugs in bathroom, floor was sticky, no one around, overall did not feel safe.

Deceiving for a chain

Liked: The location was good, close to Hershey and not too far from Lancaster. The bed was comfortable. Micro-wave in the bedroom was handy.
Disliked: The wifi was poor (weak signal, frequent drop-outs), the room needed a detailed clean, and the breakfast was disappointing with only carbs food (bagel, muffins, pastries, cereals, waffles but only on one of the 3 days) and no source of proteins, no fruits, no dairy. The fridge in the room was really small. The staff could hardly speak English.

The facility seemed run down.

Liked: Convenient to the highway
Disliked: The gentleman checking us in had to process my debit card each time he checked us. In a room. My reservation was for 4 rooms and because I didn't use the same card I reserved with, he had to process it for each one and my card declined the last charge because of it being done individually. Then he asked me for cash or another card. We were headed to a concert and I didn't carry cash. He blamed me for not using the same card I reserved with as the reason. The rooms were were clean but the door locks wouldn't keep a ghost out. Some of them looked like they had been reattached. The toilet tank lid was duct taped back together in one room and the tub had tape on it as well. I understand that it wasn't the Ritz. But never again!!!! Breakfast the next morning was worse. Stale cereal, dried out pastries and bagels. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Plus there were people yelling all night long in the parking lot. Some of the windows in the rooms were open.
