Disliked: The only reason I am giving the place a 3 is because the front desk staff was nice but this place was a mess. I ended up checking out early because after finding a roach in the room drawer while looking for an iron, that didn't exist, I was just over it. The elevator wreaked of both cigarette and Marijuana smoke, there were no dishes in the kitchen area so even if I wanted to make food, I couldn't. It was advertised with free breakfast but upon check in, I was notified there was no Breakfast, only complimentary coffee 24/7. I woke up Saturday morning to no power in the hotel and no one bothered to notify me of the outage either. Even after the power was restored, which was hours later BTW, there was no staff who checked on guest. Oh God and the bed was so hard. This Property was a mess, If I'd found a place to Accommodate me the first after That first night, I would have checked out and not stayed a 2nd. Finding the roach took me out so I was glad the festival crowd was leaving so I found another hotel to accommodate me for my last night of stay there in Hammond. I really wanted to ask for a full refund for my stay. Even with the power outage, I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. I've stayed Econobridge before and this property doesn't represent the brand well AT ALL. Unless all you care about is nice employees upon check in and check out, I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.
