Liked: Location to ECU. I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a very good experience.
Disliked: Room #1: toilet clogged full of paper at checkingRoom #2: keys would not work because lock was brokenRoom #3: finally something we could stay inAt checkout, I asked for some form of reimbursement. They gave me $12 back. Seriously? For all the running up and down the stairs, I had to do with my luggage and issues? Then the front desk staff told me I had a “funky ass attitude and get the hell out” when they reimbursed my $12 to the wrong credit card and I asked (nicely!) for it to be put on the correct card. The whole thing was an absolute shit show.

Overall, it was fine.

Liked: The location was fine and overall the property was quiet.
Disliked: The rooms are a little run down. Bad patch jobs on the walls, brackets on walls where something used to be, paper towels or toilet paper stuck in holes with missing screws make it look shoddy. There were several hair balls outside my door, which was kind of gross. The hotel could use a better repair man and painter.
