Liked: I received a phone call 2 hours before check-in stating that we couldn't stay there because of the toilet had overflowed. The entire area was also booked solid. The only nice thing to come out of the situation was that they provided a free room at their sister motel nearby. Unfortunately it was gross and stank of cigarettes.

Liked: Location. Room was clean.
Disliked: No elevator to second floor. No breakfast. Room are dated.

Disliked: Need to have working knowledge of electric car charging stations.

Exceptional

Liked: Fine little hotel for the price. Right by the highway and in the middle of almost any food/store you could need.
Disliked: Not a slight on the hotel itself but trying to leave the parking lot can be a nightmare because of Aviation road traffic.

Liked: It was close to Olive Garden and Six Flags Great Escape for freight Fest.
Disliked: The property did not feel safe with suites on the other side with people doing drugs and or selling. The facilities were old. We had no hot water for our shower. The bed was not comfortable and pool was closed the next morning so the kids could not enjoy that amenity.
