Disappointing

Disliked: There was water in the floor when we checked in. The sheets had cigarette burns on them when chose a non smoking room. The pillows were flat and most of the lights in our room did.not work

Stay away

Liked: Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. Upon entering room 219, we were immediately met with a very unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay. The air conditioning unit was barely functioning, making it extremely difficult to cool the room adequately. To make matters worse, I found a dead cockroach inside the toilet bowl and another one near the bed. This was both shocking and unacceptable, especially considering I was staying with two small children.Given the time of night, it was not feasible for me to change rooms or look for another hotel, which made the situation even more frustrating. It was a very uncomfortable and distressing experience for me and my family.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide an appropriate response. I believe a refund or compensation would be justified under these circumstances.

Disliked: The first room 121 we got into had dirty socks behind the door didn't have a remote so he moved us because no remote so the next room we got in 107 bathtub knob was broke off so no bath there was mold the beds are so uncomfortable pillows look like they been through the war

Liked: I liked that I could park close
Disliked: 8 foot Mirror fell off the wall while I was sleep. I was terrified. The flys where buzzing at the door when I walked out my room. Flys where everywhere inside my room and outside.

Liked: It was in a great location and very reasonable
Disliked: You could smell people smoking outside coming in the room and I have asthma really bad so made it a little hard to breathe
