Exceptional
Liked: It it was quite, close to everything I needed to get to, owner and staff great to work with, very friendly and very helpful, I extended my stay very easily. Will return already have made reservation for Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, the beds are so comfortable as well.
Disliked: It snowed and I had to leave.

Disliked: The fact I had made 2 different reservations and didn't make either of the bookings and still pay for the room and not be able to stay???

I think this may be...
Liked: The location was close to the freeway. We did not see any breakfast, but left at 6:00 AM.
Disliked: The heat in the room could have worked. It could have been a “real” no smoking room. The leak in the tub could have not been there with an opening in the wall.

Disliked: After seeing a drug deal happening between the abandoned Waffle House on site and the hotel, we started feeling apprehensive about how safe we would be. The number of people digging through the dumpster was impressive. I went to check in. The assistant at the front desk asked if I wanted to pay for all 3 nights up front. I definitely did not want to. I had made this reservation through Booking.com, so payment should have already been arranged. I also just wanted to see the condition if the room first before committing. The front desk person said the system was down so I would have to pay at least one night deposit in cash. I had to use the atm in the lobby. Then he said they had to check yhe room to make sure there were no people in it. I was checking in after 4 pm. Why woukd there be people in acroom I booked unless the hotel had overbooked rooms. A room was inspected and found vacant. I was given a swioe card and went to find the room. The curtains were open. We saw several flies in the window. Ine of the beds was only partially made. The bedside table had noticeable water damage on top. We decided to try our luck elsewhere. The staff tried to pressure us into trying a different. room. I told them we wanted to cancel. I contacted Booking.com after and told them what happened and that I needed a refund. I have contacted the hitel mamager and assistant manager numerous times The manager has said he will contact Booking to let them know i need a refund and says he will get vack to me, but never dies. It has been over 2 and a half months now. I need my refund.
