Very dated and in dire need of renovations. Stains on the carpet and ceilings that looked like blood and even flesh hanging from it. Gross.
Liked: The staff.
Disliked: The cleanliness.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff were friendly. The sheets were clean.
Disliked: The shower pressure was extremely weak, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower.The room was very noisy — located on the second floor with windows facing a busy street, and some windows had been replaced with air conditioning units, which made things worse. It was so loud that getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible.

For those who do not...
Liked: It is in a good spot in the city and the cost would be difficult to beat for anything so far downtown. Free parking was a further value.
Disliked: Placed in a room proximal to long-term residents with small children. Awakened one night by loud child crying.
