It was a good place...

Liked: It was handy for the Trax which took us downtown in a few minutes. When we didn't like our room we were given another room quickly.
Disliked: Hope the breakfast room is renovated soon and that the shuttle will be available on our next visit.

First room was horrible, service...

Liked: After we got switched to a new room its was awesome. Clean comfortable and homey.
Disliked: The first room we got put into was horrible! The shower faucet head wasnt attatched to the wall, the handicap bar in the shower was missing leaving two holes, the toilet didnt flush, the TV didnt work due to antenna plug being broken, a chair had broken legs and there were around 10 burn holes in the comforter. When we called the front desk we were told someone would come check on it for us immediately and then after we waited for 30 minutes we went to the office and the girl working was rude and wouldn't communicate with us. The security guard had to take over and ask if we wanted a new room.
