When we arrived, the interior of the hotel was dirty and you could tell it was an older hotel. However, we continue to try to check in until the man with the needle tracks on his arm stepped out of the elevator. At this point, I did not feel safe to check into the hotel and ate my deposit and called Holiday Inn Express instead. If you are a female, don't go here as safety will be a concern.

Room was clean; people were very helpful.

The front desk was very friendly. Room was in good, clean condition. Beds were comfortable.

It was disgusting and dirty - will never go again.

Liked: The location was good for what we were there for.
Disliked: We had a very late check in at around 1000pm due to traveling. We had to pay a $100.00 incidental fee that was not listed anywhere (that also has not been released as of 24 hours later). Our first room had no lock, no working phone or TV, dirty towels and random blue pills on the table. Our second room also had dirty towels and rabdom blue pills on the floor. The neighbors were SO LOUD until 100am, which whatever, its a hotel I guess? But when they finally shut up, the front desk called me at 358am and 402am to ask me BOTH TIMES if I wanted to keep my room. Why? Wrong person, both times. We checked out at 800am, and when I asked the reasoning behind the 400am phone calls she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when she was the ONLY PERSON WORKING. Also, there was no breakfast.

Liked: Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. Bed/sheets were set nicely and very comfortable.
Disliked: The only negative was the mini fridge freezer was blocked off by ice accumulation.

Liked: The property was dirty mess and not clean and not sanitize and everything was dirty now clean smell bad and I had to leave right away and I didn’t ask for the refund
Disliked: I don’t like the property. It was dirty mess not clean toilet room, shower room and bed was mess dogs hair, smell spotting, and the remote was missing and the smell that I would go to live down there.

Disliked: Got charged twice beause the reservation and the hotel did not have the same information so I paid double the price was a very bad experience only thru the website and hotel communication error or problems
