Liked: The staff was friendly. Other than that its not a good hotel
Disliked: Its run down. Poor maintenance and its not clean. Rooms falling apart, smell, burn holes in sheets and stains. No shower curtain liner, moldy shower curtain, sticky drink rings on night stands, one towel for two people. Shower valve was broken could on

Disliked: bathroom light inop, towels were not replaced,old ones taken, no bath mat, had to get room card renewed every day, no covers on wall oulets

Convenient location, comfortable stay, friendly...

Liked: Easy to find, friendly employee at check-in, room clean and fairly recently updated to some extent. Comfortable soft bed.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to relax in. Breakfast rather sparse, but that Serena to be what passes for continental breakfast now.
