Very unsatisfactory. Will never stay...

Disliked: Very outdated. Unsafe bathtub and entrance to room. Mattress was old and lumpy causing back pain and very restless night.

Liked: I did not stay here. Booking had an old card on file. Instead of calling me for a new one, the very rude manager (male) called me and told me my booking was going to be cancelled at 11am on the day of the concert and that I can still come but my two bedroom has been downgraded to a 1 bed for the same price without a discount for my inconvenience l. When I proceeded to make a comment thaf he should’ve called for another card , he became upset and mocked that comment rudely and proceeded to cancel my order saying i was rude. I was understandably upset but ar no point inappropriately rude. Absolutely terrible customer service and I sold my concert ticket and didn’t bother going

Disliked: The place was absolutely dirty it had roaches crawling out of the wall.... I would never go back here again..

Liked: I WAS ABLE TO RELAX WITH NO WORRIES.

Disliked: The shower was awful the shower head was crap I had to use the ice bucket next time I will bring my own shower head, there also were no cup in my room to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth
