They take a $50 deposit...

Liked: They take a $50 deposit from each client and write off cards without even warning. For example, I was not warned about this 50 dollar deposit. They haven’t returned it to my card yet, they said from one day to 7 days, and I didn’t have much money on the card. What do you think I should have done? How should I proceed? The most interesting thing is that they should at least indicate this, warn the client in advance, so that they take a deposit of 50 dollars and I want them to return this deposit to me.
