Liked: Prime location for Darien lake!
Disliked: Our mini fridge wasn’t working when we got into our room. But it was quickly fixed by the staff!

One night for dairen like...

Liked: It's right off the thruway, there is a subway,gas stations next door. It's a clean comfortable spot for one or two nights.free coffee in the morning.
Disliked: Some areas need upgrades, like the entrance ways.seals under the doors. But overall a good spot.

Liked: The staff that I met were incredibly helpful. There was a mix up on my reservation and they were so kind to accommodate us anyway. There was no battle with it at all. They just worked with me. Great customer service. Don’t know her name but she had a cast on her leg and was working front desk and laundry. Definitely an asset to the company
