Just bad

Liked: Water pressure.
Disliked: Had issues with front desks. Room stunk. The bed was so hard.

Liked: Good pressure on the shower and really hot water to shower nice check in he was very nice and polite

Convenient, but a ripoff sometimes.

Liked: Clean room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Being charged FULL price when you only stayed less than an hour in the room and didn’t really use the room. I reserved the room because my car was being worked on at the dealership across the street and it was initially going to take a day and half they quoted me, so before I left the dealership, I checked to see how far they were on the car and the guy said that they were working on my car, but the section he’s working on may take a while, so I went ahead and had the shuttle from the car company take me to this hotel and I checked in and went up to the room and within an hour the dealership called and said that my car was ready!! So, I had them bring the shuttle back and pick me up and within six minutes the shuttle was back. I checked out and asked if I would be charged for the full day even though I wasn’t in the room but less than an hour and didn’t really use the room in that time and the male clerk said “yes, sorry.” He was gesturing that I went to the room and that’s why he had to charge me FULL price
