Very good

Liked: Most of the staff (see below) were really great. Friendly and professional and easy to talk with. They were very accommodating during my stay.
Disliked: One female staff member on the evening shift simply did not want to have to work (only saw her once in a 2 and a half week stay). Don't roll your eyes at a paying customer for simply asking easy questions. Sorry to interrupt your show, but you are being paid to do a job.

Disliked: There were cockroaches in the bathroom

Please do not recommend this...

Liked: They have a wonderful staff.
Disliked: Our door wouldn't lock. Their was no shower curtain. The window was open because it was broke. The wifi didn't work. The TV went out and staff had no idea why. The safety latch didn't work for the staff to use while she was in our room. Not safe for staff at all. I felt bad for her but she trusted us and tried to help.

Liked: The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean.
Disliked: This hotel is extremely dated and run down. It smelled musty. Our 1st room was not acceptable as the mattress had a huge stain on it. The staff were more than happy to give us another room.
