Lesson Learned

Liked: It was fairly quiet although I could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took.
Disliked: I needed a place just to sleep with my dog who was competing at a flyball tournament. It was a little farther from the venue than I might have preferred but I thought I was getting a good rate for very basic accommodations. I thought I was getting a cheaper rate based on the booking.com app. I got a confirmation but I did not really look at it beyond "you are all set." (My fault).Turns out I was charged more than twice what I thought the rate was. Had I realized it ahead of time how much it was, I would have looked at an Airbnb or even rented an RV. Or at least to try to find a bit more upscale room worth the higher price. I am unlikely to book through booking.com in the future.

Liked: Location is convenient to the highway, but not to our destination.
Disliked: Don't call it a breakfast if there isn't a protein or waffle maker. It was continental at a stretch.

Liked: Staff was really nice during the check in and out process. We only stayed one night but our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.
