It was a good value.
Liked: This was a scout troop trip to Unto These Hills, the Indian Village, and the Cherokee museum. The property was a good value for the troop.
Disliked: I think the door on the bathroom of 236 needs adjusting. It isn’t level and the hinges need to be tapped down. The latch works (closes) only if you raise the handle on the door.

After the staff realized what...
Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: No pool for the grandkids. Bees nest in the wall outside room. Bees were coming into room. Granddaughter was stung as she was getting into bed first night. The bee was in the bed under the sheets. The next day we took the dead bee to the office. Receptionist brushed off the complaint as coincidental. We put “Do Not Disturb “ sign on door so no one would go in, and left for the day. Upon returning that evening, we found two more bees in the room. My husband took the dead bees and again went to the office. A different receptionist agreed that something was not right and moved us girls to another room. I just thankful she was not allergic to bees as this was the first time that she was stung, otherwise it would have been a trip to the hospital. The guys were not able to move to a room near us until the next day. We were grandparents with our 7 grandkids trying to make good memories, but ended up being a lot of hassle for our trip.

Loved the location, cleanliness of...
Liked: Didn’t get to have Breakfast, Granddaughter slept in to long. Our room was very clean and Quiet Was in a nice location, close to where we were going Our event was cancelled due to rain, so when we come back we will definitely stay here againNext time try out Breakfast

Liked: The location was great. It was central to everything we wanted to do. It was easy to enter and exit the property. We were within walking distance to the river park.
