Good value, clean hotel

Liked: Room was ADA accessible. Nice & quiet, like we had the whole floor to ourselves.

Very poor

Disliked: I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The staff did find us another room that was non-smoking. The next room the toilet did not work and had to be fixed. The night or security lock was loose and fell out. The door was not aligned so the door would not latch closed. (My husband fixed that problem) The room was not that clean. One electrical outlet did not work or the light next to the bed. There was a used bottle of shampoo in the room. The floors were dirty; the bottom of the garbage can was disgusting. We were given soiled/stained towels. The hallway was dirty and never vacuumed the 4 days we stayed. I believe they were very short staffed. See attached photos. The window view from the hallway is a junk pile. I would have left but there were no rooms available since the Mopar National Auto show was in town. We paid over $700 for 4 days. Not worth it.

Never go back because they...

Liked: First room, they offer me the mattress. Cover is dirty.
Disliked: Even they said they offer the breakfast when I went to the breakfast place. They only have a cereal no egg nothing.

Never again would I stay...

Liked: The water pressure was very good
Disliked: The room was very run down. The TV was hardly able to tune in channels. Towels had dirt spots on then. The traffic noise out front was brutal as it kept me up all night. When the A/C turned on in the room, it sounded like a hammer drill going through a block wall.

Pleasant

Liked: I like the value--solid room with the necessaries at a reasonable price. I've been visiting for many years.
Disliked: Overnight, I developed some kind of rash on my arm and thumbs, possibly from bug bites. Very itchy.
