Liked: The staff was the only issue.
Disliked: Illegally charged for a service dog because I didn't carry a Doctor's note across multiple states. I still came out with paperwork from the local hospital proving I'm disabled and it wasn't enough. Legally he cannot ask to be provided with that information per the American's with disabilities act. You are not required by law to carry your Doctor's note with you at all times. You are not required legally to show it to anyone but a land lord or employer. I have had 0 other issues elsewhere staying in Carlisle.

Disliked: was not very clean. we had dirty sheets and tub had a ring around it.

Liked: Room was ADA accessible. Nice & quiet, like we had the whole floor to ourselves.

Disliked: I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The staff did find us another room that was non-smoking. The next room the toilet did not work and had to be fixed. The night or security lock was loose and fell out. The door was not aligned so the door would not latch closed. (My husband fixed that problem) The room was not that clean. One electrical outlet did not work or the light next to the bed. There was a used bottle of shampoo in the room. The floors were dirty; the bottom of the garbage can was disgusting. We were given soiled/stained towels. The hallway was dirty and never vacuumed the 4 days we stayed. I believe they were very short staffed. See attached photos. The window view from the hallway is a junk pile. I would have left but there were no rooms available since the Mopar National Auto show was in town. We paid over $700 for 4 days. Not worth it.

Never go back because they...

Liked: First room, they offer me the mattress. Cover is dirty.
Disliked: Even they said they offer the breakfast when I went to the breakfast place. They only have a cereal no egg nothing.
