Overpriced and not very clean.

Disliked: It was filthy there was an extreme amount of hair everywhere in the bathroom and the sheets and pillow cases was stained with blood spot and who knows what

Liked: A good value. No bells and whistles but clean and convenient.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The initial staff member was friendly and pleasant. I informed him that I needed a smoke free room. The first room was horrendous and smelled moldy and like someone had just smoked in the room. I returned to the front desk and asked for a refund, he offered to show me another room but it was just a few doors down and smelled the same. Again, I asked for a refund. He then said that although I had a dog, he would allow up in the building that prohibits pets. He was so sweet that I agreed to stay there. It was a bit better but this is a budget hotel so not much better although the room was a step up. Still had a strong odor but I was tired and having difficulty finding pet free accommodations under $200.
Disliked: Uncleanliness, the bathroom was filthy and the bathtub was disgustingly worse. I reported it to the staff the next morning and asked for a partial refund. They said it could only be done through Booking.com so that’s my next step.
