Liked: Very clean rooms; friendly, helpful employees.
Disliked: No microwave.

Liked: Continent breakfast ,free water,coffee and juice
Disliked: Very old room. There was a kind fan that made noise all night couldnt sleep all night, plus the mattress was nt comfortable. The washroom door was broken couldn't close the door. You have to lift and push to close.

Exceptional

Liked: For the value it was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy right off the highway!
Disliked: My only complaint would be the bathroom fan was really loud - but I’d still stay there again

Should have kept on driving…

Liked: Got a good rate.
Disliked: The building was quite dated, and the rooms could be better maintained. Some of the floor boards were coming apart. Also, the room reeked of cigarette smoke! The soap in packets were not very soapy.

Liked: Receptionist was rude and did not allow us to go inside the reception room to collect drinking water after breakfast hours.Breakfast was very bad as there were only some sweet snacks, but they did not mention it when we did the booking and the breakfast room was very far from the room outside the building.
Disliked: Receptionist rude attitude.Breakfast very badRoom rent was very high compared with quality of the room Breakfast room was outside and far from the room.

worse exeperence ever

Liked: the location
Disliked: the staff clearly saw I had to go to the bathroom, as I was dancing around the lobby. 3 different times, I have stayed here, 2 of them, I had to use the bathroom and both times, I peed myself because of some stupid law that doesn't allow people who pay over 250$ to stay there! and all that women could say, is sorry! sorry didn't cut after I peed myself twice!!!

Passable

Liked: Very close to Highmark Stadium. Easy to get on/off the highway.
Disliked: Price was too high for what this room is. The breakfast in a bag should not be advertised as ‘breakfast included”. Overall, the only reason I would stay at this hotel is for a Bills game, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Go Bills!
