Slightly disappointed

Liked: I flew into Buffalo and wanted to just sleep and continue home Sunday. The motel was located right where I needed it to be. I was alarmed at first for my safety, being alone. The young male clerk was kind and helpful, putting me on a second floor end room for quiet. But there was no blanket and it was unseasonably cold. A hot shower helped and the woman who checked me out was also kind. Nice to-go snack and I was on my way.
Disliked: Steps to my room. That kept me from getting a blanket.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was pretty bad with vending machine coffee and few packed muffins. Queen bed for name sake its like a twin bed. Rooms are small as compared to the photos.

Liked: Property did not look appealing and Having other stays at other places, it lacked a lovely lobby and I really had hoped for a hot breakfast. HOWEVER, the room was very clean, just not a little nicer in appearance than I hoped. The young man at Front desk very nice.

Liked: Been here twice, so I knew what I can expect. For short stay it is sufficient. The most convenient thing is a laundry in the building (2dollars per cycle) with washing machine and dryer. Wifi was ok, sometimes I had to reconnect. Overall good enough if you are not expecting luxury accomodation. Staff is great and helpfull.
Disliked: As an european, breakfast is really poor. I am not sure if it is common in US but I am not used to eat sweets and biscuits and other things filled with sugar for breakfast. The only healthier option were apples and bottled water but no such things like ham, sausages or boiled eggs as we are used to in Europe.

Liked: Very clean. Jody at check-in was super helpful. I appreciate the ability to plug in our EV charger to an outlet located on the adjoining 18-wheeler parking lot. The location is perfect for a stop over on our trips north to both the Finger Lakes and Ontario. Have stayed here before many times, and plan on doing so again.
Disliked: The room was a bit loud this trip due to the guests in the room above. This time of year, AC is on vs heater. According to staff, it is one or the other. Our night was chilly. Could have used an extra blanket.
