Liked: Very clean. Jody at check-in was super helpful. I appreciate the ability to plug in our EV charger to an outlet located on the adjoining 18-wheeler parking lot. The location is perfect for a stop over on our trips north to both the Finger Lakes and Ontario. Have stayed here before many times, and plan on doing so again.
Disliked: The room was a bit loud this trip due to the guests in the room above. This time of year, AC is on vs heater. According to staff, it is one or the other. Our night was chilly. Could have used an extra blanket.

Liked: The location was quiet and easy to navigate. Room was large, comfortable bed, large TV, better than I expected

Disliked: Bed too small. Pillows flimsy. A/C not working. Shelf in bathroom broken.

Liked: It was close enough to the football stadium and not in downtown. Nice little bar/restaurant right next to the hotel was cool.
Disliked: Breakfast was subpar but better than nothing. Front office detached from rest of hotel was weird.
