I will never go back...

Liked: The room that I reserved was not the room I got they said that it did not get cleaned. The hallway and the room smelled so bad I was getting a migraine and I am disabled and that was the room I reserved and I had to walk clear to the back of the hotel and then you could not park at the back of the hotel or on the sides of it you had to park out front and walk the whole way I was hurting by time I got to the room then I felt like throwing up. I went to the front desk and they said that they could move me to the 3rd floor and I had to climb up three flights of stairs and then back down I told them that I could not do that and then the lady said that I can cancel my reservation. So I called to cancel it and get my money back and all of it

Disliked: The place was under construction, didnt show it when I booked it. The doors to the room and the buildings didnt lock.

Disliked: Unprofessional staff. Discussing problems with coworkers the entire time I was at the desk. Dirty and disheveled......well everything. Ended up turning the keys back in and leaving

Disliked: They were having problems with keys. They were working on rooms. The elevators were poorly adjusted.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Front desk was great.
Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom and bed bugs. I wasn’t told that my room was in another building, so I wandered the buildings for a while. It’s free access into the hotel and there’s lots of construction, so it’s quite unsafe.
