Disliked: Dingy, smelly, toilet leak, room temp was at 55 temp when we arrived. It took hours to warm up. The advertised breakfast but there was just old cereal and coffee.

Disliked: It was run down. Seemed like they rented rooms for a few hours and I felt very uncomfortable with the noises from room next door. I would never rent there again. We planned to stay in Brockport for 4 wknds for college football. This place was a mistake.

Liked: No breakfast provided before we left for the day
Disliked: Toilet broken. Not fixed during stay even tho that said it would be. Tv wouldn’t stay on. Kept shutting off. Heat off for two days. Beds never made. Got one towel a piece. Had to keep asking for a washcloth. No clean towels for last day. People appeared to be residing g here and were outside drinking and using drugs. We were told that they had been told that fisherman weee coming so they should do this out back!

Disliked: The room was awful. It was filthy. The bathtub was so dirty that the bottom was grey and the towel bar was ripped out of the wall. There were crumbs all over the room, a dirty cutting board and tinfoil behind the dresser. The phone was broken and ripped out of the wall. It smelled. The stair and walk ways were rusted and falling apart. And we had to switch rooms a few times because of all of the broken things in this hotel. It was literally the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
