Owners need work!

Liked: This hotel does NOT have breakfast. Staff at night when we checked in were very friendly and hospitable. Now, check out was something different. Owners were there at checkout out and very rude. I was talking to my husband before we walked in and had just put my cigarette out and threw the butt in the garbage can and the lady comes out yelling saying if were not checking in we need to move on. She preceded to stand there and stare at us. I asked if we could come in to checkout and she mumbled something while opening the door. No receipt or anything at checkout just snatched the key and bye. Don't recommend this place at all based on customer service!

Liked: Room had a strong smell of Marijuana and the heater/A/c didn't work. Staff was unfriendly on checking out.

Liked: I’m glad we got first floor room. We had a lot of luggage.
Disliked: Booking.com said there was continental breakfast and there wasn’t.
