It was clean and quiet.

Liked: It was clean. You can park very close to your room. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

People reserve at a hotel because we are not able to SLEEP at home. If you want to SLEEP, DO NOT come here. The walls are paper thin, the plumbing (toilets and showers) sound like an airplane taking off in your room. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found to help when the room next door had their TV blaring, left the room and returned at 5 AM.

Liked: Room was relatively clean.

Pleasant

Liked: It's a decent place to stay near the Niagara Falls. They have ample parking available for guests. There are many restaurants within a short drive of the hotel.
Disliked: You need a car to stay here. There are hardly any public transport options nearby. The hotel didn't have any on-site food options and it was quite expensive when we were there.

Liked: The staff was fantastic...Luis set the bar for customer service extraordinaire!!! We were running late and he just made you want to stay end enjoy
Disliked: The smell of the cleaning products as a little hard to handle.... whole hotel was exceptionally clean but the smell it gave was hard on the senses
