It was clean and quiet.

Liked: It was clean. You can park very close to your room. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

People reserve at a hotel because we are not able to SLEEP at home. If you want to SLEEP, DO NOT come here. The walls are paper thin, the plumbing (toilets and showers) sound like an airplane taking off in your room. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found to help when the room next door had their TV blaring, left the room and returned at 5 AM.

Liked: Request for Full Refund Due to Unresolved Room Access IssueDear Customer Service,I am writing to formally request a full refund for the night of July, 4-5 in hotel Econo Lodge at the Falls North, due to a serious issue that prevented us from accessing our room.We were unable to enter our room until 3:20 AM because of a malfunction with the electronic key. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance from the hotel staff, no effective help was provided. We called the manager and asked for an alternative room, but our request was denied.As a result, three women were left outside at night in an unfamiliar city, without shelter and under considerable stress. We paid for a room we could not access and spent the night on the street.Given the unacceptable circumstances and the lack of proper support from the hotel, we are requesting a full refund for that night. We hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and will process this refund promptly.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your swift response

Disliked: Not clean at all---example- floor was extremely dirty as it was unswept and left black gunk on bottom of feet or anything worn on feet, unfriendly staff, property in disrepair.
