Liked: It is conveniently located, very tidy and friendly staff
Disliked: After check in we had to go ask front staff for more towels, as we only had 2 and they are quite small. More face clothes and toilet paper as we had no spare rolls. Our room fridge didn’t work, they brought us a small spare to use overnight until other one could be looked at. It had a horrible smell inside and couldn’t be used. But they did repair larger fridge next day so all was ok in end. However last day we were there, we had no hot water at all despite running it for 15 mins. Front check out didn’t seem concerned too much when we told them.Considering all issues we had, I was expecting some type of compensation but that didn’t happen
