DISGUSTING!!

Disliked: The hotel was going through renovation in the lobby but this doesn’t excuse the stench in the hallway nor the filth in our room. The hotel was advertised as non-smoking, but there were cigarette burn marks in the sheets. In the bathroom, hair in the tub, on the floor, on the toilet seat, on the counters, floor had dirt in corners, rags were dingy brown color. I booked one room with two queens. I received one room with two full size beds, electric sockets were not working, ironing board had no cover and no iron in the room, tv no remote. Advertisement of the property is a CATFISH!!!

Disliked: Pretty much every aspect of the experience. The front desk lady was understanding and I could tell when she was on the phone call she was fighting with her manager to give me a refund, which she stated was issued The room was uncleaned, stained sheets, dirty mirrors, and hand prints on the backboard from when someone clearly was having sex. The place reeked of smoke and weed.

Liked: The only good thing was the receptionist was nice.
Disliked: Place was filthy and there were stains everywhere. The hole place smelled like pot and and it appeared there were residents living there that smoked with their door open. We checked in and for less than an hour and decided we could not stomach the stay so we left. They would not refund our money and charged us more than what booking.com stated. Did I mention there wasnt even a shower curtain. Total crap hole. The only good thing was the receptionist was nice.
