Disliked: Tried to charge me a damn restaurant binder I told him I would go buy him 20 binders and to give me my damn deposit back. I don't know why people be trying to play with me I told him I don't need his book of restaurants when I lived in Colorado springs 11 years now. The deposit was 60 he said the book cost 60 and I told him to hand me my money and find that damn book. Jealousy is a sickness go find your cure

Liked: As soon as we got there and started unloading three different crack heads approached taking dirty to all the girls as we checking in the staff had to yell at him cause we had small children and as my husband is unloading differs ones are asking him for his shoe size lol. All night they were just hanging around in lobby and outside. We had three rooms there and felt so uncomfortable because my daughter in law and granddaughter were alone in there room. The website says there breakfast and the staff saying they haven’t had it for over 2yrs. Other than that staff and pool was nice.

Disliked: The lady at check-in didn't even check my ID once we arrived. She just had me sign the receipt to charge my card. There was no continental breakfast. Our blankets were stained with something that looked like lipstick. When we took them to the office, they took our blankets and gave us sheets. So they left us with NO BLANKETS. There were white stains running down the cover of the box spring. There was an outlet cover screwed up on the wall that looked like there was a camera behind it. The traffic in and out of this hotel was definitely suspicious and should be raided!! Will NEVER recommend our stay here again.

Liked: Location. Somewhat close (20 min) to COS.
Disliked: Awful receptionist at night, who has No idea of the definition of hospitality or customer service. We had sticky, crusty sheets and the woman at the front desk was defensive, rude and unapologetic. I travel weekly for work and try to look past the bad. This place however was abysmal. To top it off, the cops showed up at 0130 am. Beating on the door across the hall to negotiate with the occupants. Ended up in a car being towed and a lot of yelling. This hotel has a history of human trafficking and violence. Avoid at all costs. The owner “Bob” offered 50% off out next stay. I will sleep in my car before stopping foot in here again.
