Customer service is non-existent.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: That they didn't honor my booking. I was refused at 3am after booking at 12:15 am while in traffic. And even with booking.com I still have not received a refund of even the hotel price. (Willing to concede that booking.com deserves their fee but the hotel should be refunded)
