Disliked: Took 2 hours to get into the room. No hot water in shower. Windows were broken to outside and taped over with clear packing tape. Outlets didn't work. Heater didn't work.

Liked: Absolutely nothing to like.
Disliked: I stayed in room 205. The toilet seat still had fresh urine on it. There was no toilet paper, and the toilet paper holder was broke. There was trash just outside the window, and the whole room just felt gross. There was a big lack for maintenance. For what I paid, I only expected a basic, clean, and well maintained room, but it was far from that. The parking was a disaster, and given the location, I felt very uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended.

Disliked: Everything, we tried to check-in but no one was around and tried to call the number no answer either. No towels when we get to our room and I have to asked for it. The bathroom floor has slit if hair, the bathroom sink has brown liquid, the toilet paper was empty. The room has a very strong smell and cigarette smell. The place has a lot of homeless around the area. It’s said in the website it offers airport shuttle but when I asked for it, she said no. The website is very deceiving. Overall experience was really bad.
